I strongly believe in two things – the golden rule and the process of continuous improvement. I do my absolute best to treat each and every customer with the respect that they deserve – I treat you the way I would like to be treated. Calls and emails get returned as soon as possible with full and complete answers (both before and after the sale) and delivery timelines are met.

I also believe in continuous improvement both in terms of the bike build itself and in the way I work with customers to exceed their expectations. I have worked very hard to earn the reputation of providing some of the best customer service in the business, and the best way to for me to protect that reputation is to make each and every customer happy. Nearly 30% of Kirk customers will go on to buy another Kirk bike (or two or three) – I take this as a sign that I’m on the right path. But I never rest on my laurels and continue to strive to make every customer feel that they have made a good investment in having me build a bike just for them.
