A sunny day in the shop.
It was about a year ago that I was able to have many more windows installed in my home shop space and I must say they improve my work life in a huge way……..and it’s all easier on my eyes trying to see things up tight and close without shadows.
It was sunny the other day and with all that light coming in it was a warm and rewarding place to be. On this day I was putting the finishing touches on a fillet bike for Di2 that will end up in Taiwan once JB does his thing.
It’s sunny again here today and I look forward to a ride after work is done for the day.

Nice improvement on your shop, Dave. I have a couple of questions. Any guess as to the percentage of your frames are “international” sales, as opposed to sold to customers in the U.S ? Also wondering if a date has been set for the next gathering? (G’dB ’13). Ride on, the weather is finally here. Oh yea, what’s with the little audio rig on the bench, or is that a wire-feed welder? 🙂 (I guess that is question #3) 🙂
Hey John –
Thanks for the comment/questions. I think about 25% or more of my bikes are going out of country at this point. It varies from year to year but it’s about 25-30% over all. dates will be announced very soon – watch this space………….and yes there is a sound system on the bench and it’s not a wire feed welder.
Stay tuned…………….
