Putzmeister Fillets.
This frameset is the one I’m proud to say won the Best Fillet Award at the 2010 NAHBS in Richmond (where is was shown sans paint) and I just got it back from being sprayed ‘putzmeister green’. Today I hung a Super Record 11 kit and sent it out the door to it’s new home.
Back to heating up metal and making sparks tomorrow.

damn, dave. that is just gorgeous work. love how this one turned out.
Um, we gotta ask — what is the etymology of “Putzmeister”? Or of “Putzmeister green?” I don’t recall seeing that in House of Kolors or PPG. Must be a story in there.
This is my bike, so when JB told me the color I picked was actually called “putzmeister green”, I googled it and found that Putzmeister is a German cement pump maker. I looked at their site and DID NOT find any cement pumps in that color green, so I’m only assuming there’s a connection. Otherwise, WAG is the only way to figure this out. Tim
